In order for a County of Union employee to be eligible to participate, they must meet the following criteria:
- Employee must be in good standing with the Union County COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
- Must be in good standing, no pending disciplinary matters or recent disciplinary matters.
- Must have a good attendance record.
- Must be full-duty status, working without any work restrictions or limitations.
- Must receive approval from Department Director.
