LGBTQ Cultural Competency Training

Union County Department of Human Services employees can choose from one of four a 90-minute training sessions that seek to increase LGBTQ-affirming knowledge, attitudes, and behavior – in accordance with the County’s Workplace Discrimination & Harassment policy – toward LGBTQ+ colleagues, clients and constituents.
