Ad Requirements
When submitting your ads, it is extremely important to ensure it meets our dimensions requirements. All ads must be 4 inches length by 6 inches width. Please click the image below to view a full size sample.

EXPO Details
Set up time is from 2:30 pm – 4:45 pm – The Expo will be open for attendees promptly at 5 pm.
- Table Setup: One 8-foot table will be provided for your use. Outside tables are not permitted.
- Power Access: Please note that no electrical power sources will be available.
- Food & Beverage: Outside food and beverages are not allowed at the EXPO.
- VIP Tickets: You will receive ten VIP tickets by mail to share with your preferred clients. These tickets will enter them into a special raffle for our grand prize!
- Promotions: We encourage you to host a raffle at your table and bring giveaways or informational materials to engage attendees.
- Staffing: For the best networking experience, we recommend having 2–3 team members at your vendor table throughout the event to ensure your table is never left unattended.

- Program Ad: 4” tall x 6” wide, full color
- Names of individuals who will be working your vendor table
Please submit your information within one week of registering. The final deadline to receive all materials is August 23rd.
