Please be advised that pursuant to state statute, our office cannot issue paychecks to poll workers until 20 days after Election Day. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will have a limited pick up schedule. Checks will be mailed on July 1, 2021, after the last pick up date.
If you would like to send someone to pick up your check for you, kindly fill out the back of this form, and send it back to the UC Board of Elections, together with a copy of your ID, designating that specific person to pick up your check.
Please note checks are void after 90 days.
