FY2026 CoC SuperNOFO Application

The US District Court has authorized the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) to re-open its FY2026 CoC SuperNOFO Application to accept applications with a new deadline of September 30, 2026 at 8:00PM ET.

The NOFO is unchanged except for the new deadline and the technical correction in the below bullet:

• CoCs that have not yet notified project applicants whether they were selected for the Priority Listing may do so now.  HUD has made a technical correction to the NOFO to reduce the 15-day notification requirement to 7 days.

Overview

The application was prepared by the lead Union County CoC with the recommendations from the CoC Priority Ranking Committee (CPR). The CPR used the previously established Project Priority Listing & Ranking Procedure to determine the priority list and ranking of all proposed projects.

Once the CPR Committee decided on their recommendations for this year’s application, they were reviewed and approved at the Monday, August 10, 2026 CEAS/CoC Committee meeting.
