Union County Freeholder Vice Chairman Christopher Hudak (L) joined Freeholders Bette Jane Kowalski and Mohamed Jalloh (R) in presenting a resolution to Michael Seaman of Linden congratulating him on being named the Union County Teacher of the Year for 2013-2014. Seaman is an eighth grade teacher at the Orange Avenue School in Cranford.
