The Union County Freeholders would like you to know that prior to the Point in Time Homeless population count scheduled in Union County , various social service agencies will be holding service fairs for the homeless in Plainfield and Elizabeth during the afternoon from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24th in Plainfield and Elizabeth.
