  • NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD
    • The Union County Workforce Development Board (“UCWDB”) has awarded the contract identified below after a solicitation through a Fair and Open Process in accordance N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The UCWDB has awarded a contract to Union County College in an amount not to exceed $650,000.00 for the time period of January 1st, 2022- December 31, 2022, for the provision of Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act AMERICAN JOB CENTER AFFILIATE CAREER SERVICES OPERATOR. Awards subject to and conditioned upon receipt of all projected federal and state funding and any approvals required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. The authorizing resolution and the contract when finalized shall be, available through coordination with the Clerk of the Board’s office.
