The Union County Workforce Development Board Two-Year Plan Modification for Program Years 2024–2027 responds to WIOA requirements and state guidance by addressing five key areas. New state policies requiring mandatory RESEA co-enrollment and updated fiscal procedures are integrated into operations. The modification maintains alignment with state workforce priorities, focusing on healthcare, transportation and logistics, and manufacturing sectors.
