Union County Shared Services

Welcome!

Shared Services are a great opportunity for municipal governments to collaborate with each other and with County agencies to improve decision making and service delivery, and reduce costs.

Collaboration among local governments reduces redundancy, strengthens collective purchasing power, and streamlines service delivery.

Controlling expenses by providing public services at scale can positively affect local budgets and allows the savings realized to be passed on to residents, easing the strain on a municipality’s budget.
