- Adult – $130 (check or money order)
- Child (under 16 years) – $100 (check or money order)
BEFORE YOU BOOK AN APPOINTMENT FOR PASSPORTS, PLEASE READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
If you are booking any other service, please proceed to make an appointment online.
- Be on time.
- All passport applications must be completed before your appointment. click here to download the DS-11 passport application. Do not sign your name.
- All applications require either a check or money order. money orders are not available here. You must bring them for the exact amount.
- All applicants, including child applicants, must be present.
- If you do not have the ds-11 completed at the time of your appointment you will have to reschedule. You have the option to pick up the application at the entrance of the building before your appointment but please, allow for plenty of time to complete your application in your car if you chose to pick it up the day of your scheduled appointment.
- Failure to follow all instructions may result in cancellation of your appointment.
