During the Union County Teen Arts Showcase at the UCPAC in Rahway, Union County Freeholder Chairman Mohamed S. Jalloh and Freeholder Bette Jane Kowalski presented the family of Justin Juzefyk with a plaque in honor of the 16-year-old Cranford High School student who died in February. An avid photographer, Justin participated in the Teens Arts Festival. Upon his passing, Justin’s family asked that in lieu of flowers donations be sent to Union County Teen Arts Festival.
