COVID-19 Specific Resource Tool Developed to Help Deaf & Hard of Hearing Communicate

Union County, NJ – As the COVID-19 coronavirus continues to spread, the New Jersey Division of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing has developed a COVID-19 specific resource tool to help those who are deaf or hard of hearing to communicate with first responders and medical professionals regarding exposure to the COVID-19.

The attached flyer is a COVID-19 specific communication tool developed by New Jersey’s Division of Deaf & Hard of Hearing. With this, those that are deaf & hard of hearing can specify their symptoms, their recent travel (including location and means of transport) and how long they’ve been sick. The flyer should be shared with all those who may need it.
