Union County, NJ – Giant artworks by Art on the Street, shown here under construction, will greet visitors to the 2011 Union County Fair with eye-popping, glow-in-the-dark displays of recycled materials as part of the fair’s Green Village environmental exhibits. The fair takes place September 14 -18 at Oak Ridge Park in Clark, featuring free MusicFest concerts each day including headliner Blondie, Neon Trees and many other top acts, carnival rides, children’s activities, a Harvest Contest, and more.
