The Portugal Day Flag Raising is at 7 p.m. on June 3, 2016 at Elizabeth City Hall. The Portugal Day Parade steps off at 2 p.m. at Union Square Plaza and Elizabeth Avenue in Elizabeth on June 5, 2016.
