Union County Freeholder Vice Chairman Bette Jane Kowalski and Freeholder Angel G. Estrada joined Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi and Union County Surrogate James LaCorte in congratulating newly sworn-in Deputy County Clerk Clara Fernandez of Elizabeth during a ceremony in Elizabeth. She was joined by her husband Dario Scholis. Ms. Rajoppi appointed her to serve as her Deputy County Clerk.
