Special General Election Ballot Draw to Be Held July 31st

Union County Clerk Joanne Rajoppi announces that the ballot drawing for the Special General Election for the 10th Congressional District will be held on Wednesday, July 31st at 3:00pm. The drawing will take place on the 2nd Floor Courtroom located in the Union County Jail at 15 Elizabethtown Plaza in Elizabeth.  Elevator access is available. The Special General Election, scheduled for September 18th, will select a candidate to succeed the late Congressman Donald Payne Jr. in the 10th Congressional District, which includes Cranford, Garwood, Hillside, Kenilworth, Linden (part), Roselle, Roselle Park, and Union Township.
