Union County, NJ – Virginia Pendergast of Clark holds her winning entry in the first annual Harvest Contest at the Union County MusicFest in September, with Freeholder Chairman Daniel P. Sullivan (l) and Rutgers Agricultural Agent Madeline Dinardo (r). Supported by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholder, the Harvest Contest celebrates the contributions of gardeners to the quality of life in Union County.
