Planning Board Current Agenda

This list provides the items to be discussed at the next or currently scheduled Planning Board meeting. Please note that due to the volume of applications reviewed by the County, setting the agenda may be closer to the meeting date than anticipated.

However, general meeting items include review of meeting minutes, board correspondence, development review report, updates on municipal land development public notices, and updates on associated planning legislation. 2026 Union County Planning Board Annual Meeting Schedule

All Union County Planning Board meetings in 2026 will be held virtually at 6 PM on the second Wednesday of each month except for November meeting, will be held on the third Wednesday, and August has no meeting scheduled.

Any in-person meetings will be held at 7 PM in the first floor Conference Room in the County Engineering Building, 2325 South Avenue in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, unless otherwise noticed, on the following dates:
